You should have: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging The role involves keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity.
