You should bring knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; able to work early-morning and night shifts. On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
