Counter butcher wanted in Chibok

Vacancy available: we are hiring a counter butcher in Chibok, Borno State. The job is in a supermarket meat department. On the job you will handle: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Season and marinate meat on request • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Pay around ₦1,600 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
