Vacancy available: framing carpenter (Florida)

Now hiring: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Okeechobee County, Florida. Day to day you will check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
