Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing On the job you will handle: • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
