Trainee butcher • Sanga, Kaduna State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Sanga, Kaduna State. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. ₦205,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
