Café server wanted in Frio County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a café server in Frio County, Texas. You will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; clear and reset tables between covers; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Full-time, day shift.
