Site dozer operator — Kitsap County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a site dozer operator in Kitsap County, Washington. The job is at a civil contractor's yard. You should have: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) On a typical shift you will spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily. 4+ years on the tools preferred. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
