Cook wanted in Maigatari

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Maigatari, Jigawa State. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Part-time with flexible hours.
