Catering cook — Monroe County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Monroe County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch 2+ years on the tools preferred. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
