Vacancy available: captain waiter (Minnesota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Swift County, Minnesota. You will work at a beach resort. The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Six days a week, one day off.
