You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day to day you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns.
