You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 2+ years on the tools preferred.
