Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Tarrant County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Six days a week, one day off. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
