You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
