Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Itesiwaju, Oyo State. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
