Tandoor cook — Potiskum

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Potiskum, Yobe State. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₦215,000 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
