Bread and bun maker — Echols County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Echols County, Georgia. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
