We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in LaGrange County, Indiana. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 6+ years on the tools preferred.
