Retail butcher • Kalgo, Kebbi State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Kalgo, Kebbi State. The job is in a meat processing plant. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
