Sand plant operator • Apache County, Arizona

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Apache County, Arizona. You will be based on the moulding line. Ideal candidate: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Day to day you will tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
