Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Charanchi, Katsina State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
