Heavy equipment operator (dozer) wanted in Gloucestershire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Gloucestershire, England. The job is on a road construction project. What we are looking for: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine Your main tasks: • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. £3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
