What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
