Cnc production machinist wanted in Cooke County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Cooke County, Texas. You will work in a tool room. Day-to-day duties: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Six days a week, one day off.
