Aluminium and glass installer — Hugli

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium and glass installer in Hugli, West Bengal. You will be based at a glass and aluminium factory. We are looking for confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes; comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders; knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units. On the job you will handle: • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Install toughened and laminated safety glass 1+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
