CNC milling operator • Multnomah County, Oregon

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Multnomah County, Oregon. Day-to-day duties: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade 2+ years on the tools preferred.
