Bread and bun maker wanted in Fort Bend County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Fort Bend County, Texas. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
