Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
