You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 1+ years on the tools preferred.
