The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
