Food and beverage server — Mayo-Belwa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Mayo-Belwa, Adamawa State. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. Day-to-day duties: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
