Bar waiter • Etah District, Uttar Pradesh

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bar waiter in Etah District, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred.
