Immediate opening: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Bureau County, Illinois. The job is at a container port and shipping yard. You will park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); read and interpret the load chart before every lift; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins. You should have: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination We offer $240 per day plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends.
