Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Ekeremor, Bayelsa State. The role involves weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; season and marinate meat on request; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
