Kitchen cook — Phillips County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Phillips County, Colorado. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Performance bonus on top of base pay.
