Deboner wanted in Presidio County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Presidio County, Texas. The role involves season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Six days a week, one day off. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
