Canteen cook — Hamilton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Hamilton County, Ohio. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
