Argon welding operator wanted in Lander County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Lander County, Nevada. What we are looking for: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding On the job you will handle: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
