We are recruiting: port container crane operator (Benue State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Oturkpo, Benue State. On the job you will handle: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) You should have: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Rotating shifts.
