Join our team: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Biriniwa, Jigawa State. The job is at a road and highway construction project. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs You will excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient.
