Vacancy available: we are hiring a halal butcher in Sullivan County, Tennessee. The job is at a wholesale meat market. The role involves vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
