Head baker — Garfield County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Garfield County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a busy bakery. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
