On a typical shift you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules.
Ideal candidate:
• Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts
At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
Six days a week, one day off.
