Fine-dining server • Yakima County, Washington

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Yakima County, Washington. You will work at a beach resort. The role involves: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred.
