You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner The role involves: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Clear and reset tables between covers • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments Full-time, day shift.
