Immediate opening: we are hiring a banquet server in Dallas County, Texas. The job is at a beach resort. What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Your main tasks: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu Full-time with occasional weekends.
