Now hiring: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Stanton County, Nebraska. You should have: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • A good head for heights for tower crane work On a typical shift you will watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL).
