Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Fleming County, Kentucky. You will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 3+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
