Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in Argungu, Kebbi State. The job is in a meat processing plant. You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
